Gen. Morgan Bridge Project

Over twenty years ago, three business leaders gathered in the Terrace Restaurant in Walnutport where the Northern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce was organized.  Since that time the Chamber has been active in the Northern Lehigh School District.  During the late 1990s the Northern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce, while maintaining its autonomy and name, affiliated with the then Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce in an effort to increase its voice throughout the State of Pennsylvania.  In the past few years many other local chambers affiliated with the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce creating the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Northern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce changed its name to the Greater Northern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce as it grew to service members in North Whitehall Township, parts of Lehigh Township, Heidelberg Township, and Lynn Township.  Today the our chamber affects public policy, contributes to the efforts of local revitalization, takes part and contributes to all community events, and holds events for its members to enjoy.  Monthly luncheons are still held at the Terrace Restaurant.
